Return & Exchanges Policy

  1. Eligibility for Returns
  • Returns are accepted only within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged items. We do not accept returns for items ordered in the wrong size.
  1. Return Process
  • To initiate a return, contact our customer service team to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and a shipping address. 
  • Clearly write the RAN on the return package. Returns without a RAN will not be processed.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
  1. Inspection and Refund
  • Returned items will be inspected upon receipt. Only defective or damaged items that meet our return criteria will be eligible for a refund.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or via Paynow within 30 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • Items purchased through Amazon are subject to their respective return policies. Please contact Amazon directly to initiate returns.

  • We do not offer exchanges. 
  1. Non-Returnable Items
  • Items purchased at a discount, clearance items, and items damaged due to misuse are non-returnable.
  • Items purchased through third-party sellers or partners are subject to their respective return policies.
